Simple design strategies transform a mundane office building
Office
Renovation of the 7,000 SF exterior facade and improvements to the interior tenant spaces encompassed larger, deeper windows and bumped out wall elements, giving the building a feeling of greater depth and presence, while lightly stained hemlock horizontal wood siding as it’s outer layer replaces the worn and dated look of the old facade. The new design promotes the previously hidden entryway and doubles the lobby volume with a large storefront window system. Classic proportions coupled with modern materials have created a new identity for the class A Office Building.
