
E2 Architecture + Interiors is a 35+ year evolution of Jeffrey’s passion for the Built Environment which now manifests as a fun, dynamic, multi-discipline Design Firm in the heart of Silicon Valley. Originally founded in 1999, E2 has embraced the challenges of its native Bay Area and fuses thoughtful creativity with time to market sensitivity to all of its projects. Jeffrey and Staff embrace technology and consistently strive for improvement of Design, Systems and Process in hopes of bring a better Project each to each and every Client!
Jeffrey enjoys all things “outdoor” including Mountain Biking, Motocross, Hiking, camping, tailgating, football, baseball games and concerts!

A native of San Francisco, Lidia has always been dedicated to supporting companies and causes she believes in. She attended San Jose State University where she studied Business Administration. Lidia joined e2 Architecture with a diverse background in administration and finance for architecture and construction companies. Lidia brings this experience to e2 supporting Accounting, Operations, and Human Resource activities.

Riya is an Architectural Designer at e2 Architecture, with a background in both architecture and interior design. She holds a bachelor’s in interior design from CEPT University in India and a Master of Architecture from the University of Massachusetts Amherst blending design thinking and creative sensitivity.
Originally from India, she brings multicultural perspective to her work, drawing from varied contexts to inform thoughtful, human-centered design. Her design philosophy centers on simplicity, material honesty, and creating spaces that are both functional and emotionally resonant.
Outside the studio, she enjoys baking and going on long walks — moments that reflect her thoughtful and observant approach to the world around her.

Olivia is a dedicated designer and recent Chico State graduate with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture. She approaches design with curiosity, intention, and a strong focus on understanding client needs and project goals. To her, design goes beyond visual appeal and centers on creating spaces that feel meaningful, functional, and supportive of the people who use them. She enjoys exploring a wide range of design styles, materials, and digital tools, viewing each project as an opportunity to grow, experiment, and refine her craft. Whether sketching early concepts, developing detailed renderings, or revisiting layouts, she brings a thoughtful balance of creativity, critical thinking, and care to her work.
Outside of the studio, Olivia enjoys trying new coffee shops, discovering hidden gems at vintage markets, tending to her expanding plant collection, and taking on hands-on DIY home projects. She draws inspiration from everyday environments, natural textures, subtle color combinations, and the small design moments found in the spaces around her—an influence reflected in her work at E2.

Lili Poelman is a designer with deep roots in the building industry—third generation on one side of her family and fourth on the other. With formal training in interior design and computer-aided drafting, she brings a strong balance of technical precision and creative vision to her work. Lili is known for her collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex ideas into thoughtful design solutions. She is particularly passionate about preserving architectural integrity, promoting sustainable practices, and shaping environments that serve both purpose and people.

Shaily is a passionate designer with a bachelor’s in architecture degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. She brings valuable experience in educational and commercial sector projects, having worked on a range of projects that combine functionality with thoughtful, aesthetic design. Her approach to architecture is grounded in understanding client needs while crafting spaces that inspire and endure.
Outside of work, Shaily enjoys traveling, exploring cafes, gardening, and crafting—pursuits that continually fuel her creativity and appreciation for design in everyday life.

An effective and highly-organized project manager, Amanda has over 12 years of extensive experience in both commercial and residential design, overseeing many projects. At e2 Architecture, she combines her passion for commercial design and her love for space planning. Her interest in design began at an early age, when she was always trying to find the most efficient and cohesive designs, ultimately leading to an undergraduate degree in Interior Design.
Following her father’s love for tinkering, she loves to get her hands dirty in any home improvement project thrown at her. A native of the Bay Area, you may find her hiking the local hills, camping, and finding a new project to sink her hands into around the house.

As an emerging Business Professional, Kennedy assists the entire E2 Team across nearly all facets of the practice. Her behind-the-scenes contributions are invaluable, helping the studio operate at its highest level! Kennedy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Ramapo College in Mahwah, NJ.
Beyond her business management endeavors, she is also a professional Latin Ballroom dancer, with a 15-year career that includes multiple national and international championship titles. She spends her time traveling and competing internationally!

When AutoCAD was still in its infancy, the rise of 3D modeling signaled an exciting shift—what began as a simple drafting tool quickly became an entire world for Will to explore and express his creativity. Decades later, architecture is embedded in his identity. With more than 20 years of experience across all phases of architecture, he has worked on a wide range of construction types and occupancy uses, gaining a deep understanding of how ideas evolve into built environments.
Will approaches each project with a balance of pragmatism and artistry. The practical side of him is committed to designing structures that are visually compelling yet fully constructible, ensuring that beauty never compromises feasibility. At the same time, the artist within him is driven to elevate everyday spaces, infusing them with intention, creativity, and lasting impact.

Jeff is a San Jose native who has spent his careerworking within the South Bay development community. He began in 1984 as agopher and model builder at California Architectural Group, working out of theiconic Bank of Italy building in downtown San Jose. A product of both localpublic and private education systems, he graduated from California PolytechnicState University, San Luis Obispo in 1991.
After working at The Office of Jerome King, FAIA, Jeff spent 24 years with Goodwin B. Steinberg, FAIA / Steinberg Architects in downtown San Jose. His experience spans custom single-family homes, high-density and multi-story residential projects, as well as Religious, Civic, and Educational buildings—particularly in the private K-12 sector. Most recently, he spent eight years with Devcon delivering design-build Educational, Sports, and Commercial Workspace projects.
Jeff remains active in professional and nonprofit service, including the San Jose Vietnam War Memorial Foundation, Inc. He lives in downtown Willow Glen with his wife and family.
