A casual but elegant French restaurant in San Jose’s Willow Glen neighborhood, Black Sheep Brasserie has the look of the rough-hewn European country cottage that’s been refinished and accented with stylish touches and explosive splashes of color. The wooden walls, floor, tables and chairs give place a spare, austere feeling, contrasted with the bright red benches and the tableware, which matches. Black and white art and flowers in mounted vases on the wall and the marble countertops add a note of understated opulence.
